Hi {{first_name|there}},

Most beliefs don't feel like beliefs. They feel like facts.

"I'm not enough."
"I always get this wrong."
"This is just who I am."

But you weren't born thinking any of those things.

At some point, your mind learned them. And if a belief can be learned, it may also be possible to unlearn it.

The question is whether changing it really needs to take years. My guest believes it doesn't.

She says many of the beliefs shaping how we feel and behave were formed when we were too young to question them. They became familiar, and familiar began to feel true.

That's the idea at the heart of my conversation with Marisa Peer, creator of Rapid Transformational Therapy® and author of Your Mind, Your Rules.

After more than 30 years working with CEOs, Olympic athletes, Hollywood stars and millions worldwide, her position is clear: your mind may have learned these beliefs without your permission, but you don't have to keep living by them.

Every timestamp takes you straight there on YouTube.

What stayed with me after this conversation was how easily a repeated thought can become part of your identity without ever being questioned.

You can stop treating every belief you learned as the truth about who you are.

And that can change what becomes possible next.
