Hey {{first_name|there}},
I journal every morning. Have done for years. Some of my biggest realisations have come from it. Thanks to Hal Elrod and The Miracle Morning for making it a non-negotiable.
This morning I wrote for much longer than usual.
A week from now, over 4,250 people will arrive in London for the 7th Health Optimisation Summit. The team is in full flow, everything's coming together, and I'm more excited than I've been in years.
But this morning, all I could think about was how it started.
Before there were stages or speakers, I was someone struggling with my health and getting nowhere.
I went to every doctor and specialist I could find. Nobody had answers. Eventually I realised I was going to have to find them myself.
I spent years reading, testing, paying attention to what helped and what didn't. And somewhere along the way I started finding other people asking the same questions. People who'd been through things I hadn't. Who pointed me to a practitioner or a piece of research I'd never have found on my own.
Through a lot of trial and error, and a lot of support from people I'd never have met otherwise, I got my health back.

When nobody had answers

After I went and found them
And I didn't want those conversations to stop.
So I started organising small meetups in London. Honestly, I started them for myself. I wanted to keep being around people who took this seriously. Who understood why I was still looking for answers when the conventional routes had failed me.
Those meetups grew. Conversations became collaborations. Introductions became businesses. People who arrived as strangers became a real part of my life.
That's what became HOS. Seven years later I still get goosebumps thinking about the journey.
What stays with me most isn't the stages or the speakers. It's what I hear afterwards.
Someone finally met the person with the exact same health struggle who gave them the answer they'd spent years searching for. Someone finally heard from the expert who'd researched the problem nobody else could solve. People write to me every year about the friendships they made, the partnerships that started with one conversation.
I built the event I wish existed for myself. What started as something I needed personally became a place where thousands of other people could find their own answers and their own community too.
So if you've been thinking about joining us next week, my invitation is simple.
Come for yourself.
Come with the question you haven't been able to answer. Come for the speaker you've been wanting to hear in person. Or just come because you want to spend a weekend around people who care about health as much as you do.
One conversation may not solve everything. But the right one can change the course of your life.
It happened for me. It's happened for thousands of people in this community. And I know it can happen for you.
General Admission is down to its last few tickets at the current price. If you've been sitting on it, this is the week.
I hope this is the year I get to meet you.
Look after yourself,
Tim 💚
