Hey {{first_name|there}},

Last month I recorded with Wim Hof at his home in Amsterdam.

I loved the conversation so much that by the end of it I'd invited him to close the Health Optimisation Summit in London.

Because some conversations are too good to keep behind a microphone.

On Sunday 13 September, Wim takes the main stage at HOS London at approximately 2:15pm. Sixty minutes. Live, unscripted, and this time it's not me asking the questions. It's you.

But first, the science that started all of this.

In 2011, scientists injected Wim Hof with an E. coli endotoxin.

His immune system barely reacted.

That shouldn't have been possible. The autonomic nervous system, the part that controls your immune response, your heart rate, your stress hormones, was considered completely involuntary. Not something a human being could consciously influence.

Wim had been saying otherwise for years. The study proved he was right. And that science was wrong.

What followed changed the way researchers think about what the human body is capable of. And more importantly, what you are capable of.

Walk out with:
• How to use breath and cold exposure to consciously shift your stress response, so anxiety, overwhelm and that wired-but-tired feeling have somewhere to go
• The exact progression Wim used to build physical and mental resilience from the inside out, and how to apply the same principles starting this week
• Why the science that set out to disprove him ended up confirming something most of us were never told about human potential

Content you won't find anywhere online. Live, in the room, for the HOS audience only.

62 speakers. 141 hand-picked brands. 17 workshops. 4,250 health optimisers. Three days.
