Hey {{first_name|there}},
At 146kg, he was depressed, chronically ill and heading in the wrong direction.
Today, he weighs 75kg.
But losing 71kg wasn't the most radical change he made.
He moved his family of 7 an hour and a half away from everyone they knew. No tap water. No Wi-Fi. No iPads for the children. As little processed food as possible.
Most people argue about whether modern life is making us sick. My guest reorganised his entire life around the belief that it is.
We talked about the three habits he credits with turning his health around, why he believes you can't out-train a bad diet and what happened when he began looking more closely at everything entering his family's environment.
Then the conversation went much further.
Tap water. EMF. Seed oils. Screens. The line between questioning conventional advice and becoming so certain of your own beliefs that you stop questioning yourself.
My guest is Jordan Rassas, founder of The Lion Class and author of the forthcoming book Raising Lions.
He doesn't claim everyone should live the way he does. His position is simpler: he doesn't want to convince you. He wants to live it and let the results speak for themselves.

Jordan's choices are personal, and this episode isn't about telling you what to believe. It's a conversation about how he arrived at them, what changed for his family and why he prefers to live by example.

Jordan's whole approach is about changing the inputs that may be keeping his family's bodies under stress. Most of us aren't going to move into the middle of nowhere, but we can help our nervous system stand down.
Pulsetto is designed to stimulate the vagus nerve using gentle electrical pulses from a small band worn around your neck. Choose a 4-minute session in the app to help shift your body out of alarm mode and support better sleep, recovery and focus.
